Bristol North Somerset South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) Integrated Care Board (ICB) are seeking the provision of LeDeR review services; Learning from lives and deaths - People with a learning disability and autistic people (LeDeR) in accordance with the specified requirements.
Every person with a learning disability who is registered with a GP in BNSSG whose death is notified to LeDeR will have an initial review of the health and social care they received prior to their death. BNSSG is seeking a provider to undertake LeDeR reviews.
The contract term will commence on the 2nd of September 2024 for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend for a period of up to 2 years at the Commissioner's discretion.
This exercise is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.
