Whilst lease agreements aren't subject to OJEU procurements in the same way as standard services, the Council wanted to publish this as widely as possible in the interests of fairness and transparency.

Following evaluation it was determined that Inch Arts provided the most advantageous tender to the Council and are therefore the preferred bidder.
