two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Tenderers are required to transport residual waste, predominantly bagged dry mixed recyclate (DMR) and any other materials as required from Pembrokeshire County Council’s waste transfer facility.

Tenders should be submitted for Lot 1 only. Tenderers appointed to Lot 1 will automatically be appointed to Lot 2 where they will be invited to participate in a further competition.

Lot 1 – Residual Waste

Lot 2 – Dry Mixed Recyclate & Other Materials

The Council will appoint no more than three contractors to Lot 1 of the framework.
