Those organisations participating in the market engagement were asked a standard set of questions all of which have been recorded to provide an appropriate audit trail. SCAPE Scotland has undertaken this process in accordance with the provisions set out in The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. All feedback has been taken into consideration and any future market engagement feedback will also be reviewed to help inform the framework prior to a Contract Notice being issued.
