Norfolk County Council wishes to commission a support in safe accommodation service. The service will provide support in all forms of safe accommodation as defined by the Domestic Abuse Act 2021. The Council is seeking to purchase services that will form a network of support in safe accommodation across Norfolk and shall be part of a National network of safe accommodation which in terms of Norfolk, may mean accepting referrals outside of the county, and where victim-survivors in Norfolk may need safe accommodation out of the county to keep them safe.
