MAG Airport Limited has an ongoing requirement to access the temporary labour market for a number of requirements across the business:

Contingent Labour (Contractors): Professional roles, usually to fill project roles / back fill vacancies in BAU roles, workers are typically set up as Limited businesses and payable on a day rate basis, typically for no less than 3-6 months duration.

Temporary Labour ? Typically administrative and clerical roles, usually to support the business for short periods of time to cover absence or peak activity demands of the business. Workers are typically paid by the hour on a PAYE basis.

The total anticipated gross annual spend for contingent and temporary labour is estimated at ?12m which includes worker pay and agency fee.

The proposed approach is to award to a single supplier for the delivery of the whole scope. The scope of the contract is proposed to cover the whole MAG group and all of its UK Airport sites including CAVU.

MAG Airport LTD will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of

the contracts communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on

the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days,

provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm

by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
