Engagement process description
This preliminary market engagement relates to the upcoming procurement of a contractor to deliver the Major Refurbishment of Morland House and Talbot Grove House on the Lancaster West Estate. As part of this early‑engagement process, interested suppliers are invited to complete the Market Sounding Questionnaire, which will support the Council in shaping the final procurement approach.
A Bidders’ Day event will be held on Monday, 2 March 2026, which will include a guided site walk‑around and an opportunity for suppliers to ask questions in advance of the formal tender launch. Suppliers wishing to attend the site visit must confirm their attendance no later than Thursday, 26 February 2026.
