The intent in this PQQ is to identify contractors that are well matched in terms of experience and expertise to the various elements of work entailed in the project overall. The lots indicated in this PQQ notice are based on the contracting authority's anticipation of the most suitable work packages. However, the contracting authority reserves the right to adjust the work elements within each lot if the responses to this PQQ indicate that it would make sense to do that. The general intent is to avoid excessive sub-contracting in the delivery of this project and procure services from contractors operating in their primary and most familiar role within a multi-faceted project.
