The building fabric repair works comprise the replacement of the roof finish and windows, together with installation of cavity insulation and solar panels. Internally, the building will receive new flooring and decoration throughout, replacement of the fire alarm and bedroom fitments.
Optional works to be priced include replacement kitchen and bathroom fitments.
