Explanation:

The contract is for the provision of management and support services for the Antrim Office/Workspace complex within Antrim town. The provider will be expected to utilise its existing network and local small business connections to facilitate the hire of this business space to entrepreneurs, start-ups and early growth businesses interested in locating in the town or using the premises on an ad hoc basis . Antrim Enterprise Agency, operates as a social enterprise and is the only organisation of its kind in the Antrim area providing such services, and given the requirement for extensive existing networks, local presence and expertise in this field, it is the only organisation which can provide this service.
