Solihull Community Housing (SCH) is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) that was established in April 2004 to takeover the management of housing services on behalf of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC). SCH performs the homeless and housing functions for Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. This includes the arrangement of interim and temporary accommodation for households who are being assessed or accepted as homeless. The works to be issued under this contract will be in respect of providing support and housing related services to people living in temporary accommodation across three sites in Solihull; Ipswich House, Warwick Place and Warwick House. The Contract is due to commence on 8 November 2021 for an initial period of period of 3 years, with an option to extend for up to 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance and business need.
