"The Council wishes to engage a suitably experienced consultancy for their expertise, creativity and knowledge in the development of the site to:

-Visit site and review the current masterplan proposals and wider strategic documentation.

-List and undertake all required surveys to inform the design excluding topography and tree surveys

-Engage all necessary support services required to deliver the scheme excluding QS

-Ensure the delivery of the planning application requirements as part of the wider phasing of the development – in terms of LEAP and NEAP - submitted by NHG

-Support tender action

-Create a phased masterplan which has an overall budget of GBP2m with a potential uplift to GBP3m

-Undertake value engineering as required

-Seek and apply for additional funding as appropriate, in partnership with the Council and NHG.

-Undertake consultation events, as necessary and coordinated and building on other activities happening on the estate, to keep the local residents informed

-Support cost analysis

-Deliver the defined Phase 1 works to RIBA stage 7 (in use)

-Provide monthly update report on progress."
