Description of options
The option prices detailed in Annex J Pricing Schedule shall be firm prices not subject to variation.
The Contractor hereby grants to the Client the following irrevocable options to purchase the design and construction as detailed in Annex B Scope and Annex J Pricing Schedule in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this contract or any such subsequent contract or contracts where such options are taken up, it being agreed that the Client has no obligation to exercise such options.
– Option 1: Delivery Entrance Canopy, at a firm price as detailed in Annex J Pricing Schedule in accordance with the technical specification at Annex B provided that the Client exercises such an option by no later than 12 months from the date of contract award.
– Option 2: Additional PV Panels on office block at a firm price as detailed in Annex J Pricing Schedule in accordance with the technical specification at Annex B provided that the Client exercises such an option by no later than 12 months from the date of contract award.
The Client shall not be obliged to exercise the options and reserves the right to seek competitive Tenders for the option requirement(s).
