This notice is to notify the market of an award of contract to UKG Techology Ltd for UKG Telestaff Cloud, an automated scheduling system to manage shift scheduling and provide notifications of shift availability to Firefighters.
The Authority implemented UKG Telestaff in 2023 and now has a requirement to renew the contract.
The contract is for a 3 year period commencing 20 February 2026.
