two.1.4) Short description

As Nest grows and matures as a financial services organisation, we have an increasing focus on data, and an ambition to become a data-led organization. To support this, we need a finance system that will easily integrate with Power BI, Tableau or other reporting tools to automate much of our finance reporting. This will facilitate a “single source” of the truth, remove the need for a linked spreadsheets system of financial reporting, and also offer self-service options for the business with regards to their budgeting and financial reporting requirements.

We intend to procure a finance system which has a high degree of controllable functionality for its users and which eliminates the need for any such manual processes. We require that this system has built-in preventative controls, which will facilitate enhanced accuracy of the finance data reported and reduce the manual effort currently required in preparing, checking and reviewing data and finance reports.
