Tenders are invited from suitably qualified firms for the supply, delivery, database migration, installation, staff training and commissioning of an integrated leisure management and point of sale software solution for Gedling Borough Council.Gedling Borough Council (GBC) run 5 leisure centres including wet and dry facilities and a theatre in Gedling, Nottingham. The current leisure management system installed since 2013 is Omnico, Clarity Live.It is anticipated that the implementation of the new system will improve the customer experience by providing online self-service portal facilitating joining, bookings, payment administration (including direct debit management), account management, and will permit access to these facilities using a range of devices including smartphones.
