two.2.4) Description of the procurement
St Francis and St Clare Catholic Multi Academy Company (SFSCCMAC) became fully effective from 1st September 2019 by bringing together Pope John XXIII and Bishop Cleary Multi Academy Companies to create a new structure for the provision of Catholic education in the Wolverhampton area. The Academy is part of the Archdiocese of Birmingham who have 18 Multi-Academy Companies within its responsibility. SFSCCMAC currently consists of 2 secondary schools and 10 primary schools and are seeking a partnership to continue to maximise the opportunity of the catering facilities within the Multi-Academy Company and to further enhance the dining experience for both staff and students. There is an opportunity to consider investment proposals which can be used to update the current facilities. The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years commencing Monday 12th February 2024 with an option to extend for a further one plus one years, which will be measured on the achievement of agreed Key Perfor
