The Brooksbank School want to appoint a single or dual supplier contract to carry out their on-site School Hard FM and Soft Cleaning Service requirements. The Contract will run for 5 years (subject to satisfactory performance review after year 3), with a 12 month termination option. Further details of the Requirement are attached in the following document. The tender is split in to three lots andTendering Organisations are able to bid for 1 more of the lots. The Contracting Authority will be either awarding a contract via Lot 1 or Lots 2 and 3. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 open procedure.
