ProcurePublic announces the forthcoming release of a framework for Demolition and Site Enabling Works. This framework aims to succeed the current version 'Demolition Services'. It will be accessible to all public sector bodies as listed by the latest classification guide from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) and procurepublic.co.uk. The tender release is scheduled for Q3 2024.

Any organisation interested in participating in this framework is invited to express their interest through the mytenders.co.uk portal before the tender release. Existing framework appointees will be notified, along with parties expressing interest in the pending tender release.

Earthmoving/ Groundworks: Excavation, grading, and movement of soil, rock, or other materials to prepare sites for construction or redevelopment.

Clearance Work: Removal of debris, hazardous materials, and unwanted structures from sites, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
