Shettleston Housing Association (SHA) is making the marketplace aware of a procurement opportunity and seeking information and feedback from the marketplace on our ideas and thoughts of the Repairs & Maintenance Framework 2023 – 2027.

It is anticipated that this framework will be delivery by Multiple Trade Contractors to deliver in 10 separate trade lots we have created based on our requirements.

Shettleston Housing Association (SHA) is making the marketplace aware of a procurement opportunity and seeking information and feedback from the marketplace on our ideas and thoughts of the Repairs & Maintenance Framework 2023 – 2027. The framework is for supplementary and support contractors to assist our in-house contractor ‘Upkeep’ with the Repairs & Maintenance services.

We will be looking to undertake 2 half day contractor open days during Week Commencing 26 June 2023.

We have also attached details on the estimated spend and number of jobs per annum in the Word attachment 'SHA - RM and Voids - Scope of PIN - Final' and the Excel attachment named ‘Summary Anticipated Spend per Lot - PIN Info’

We are very interest in the marketplace views on our options as listed below.
