Lancashire County Council is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT to secure a multi-lotted framework agreement for the supply and direct delivery of:

• Fresh bread, morning goods and sweet baked products to approximately 500 plus units including, schools, colleges, care homes and civic units.

• Fresh non-halal meat to approximately 30 plus sites including care homes and civic units.

• Soft drinks, crisps and confectionery products to over 60 units, including high schools, care homes and civic units.

LCC (Lancashire County Council) is inviting tenders on the terms set out in the ITT to secure a single supplier and distribution lot for the supply of fresh bread, morning good and sweet baked products into over 500 sites throughout the council. These sites will include primary and high schools, care homes and civic sites.

The duration of the framework agreement will be for an initial period of 1 year, with the council having the option to extend for any given period up to maximum of a further 12 months.

The framework is estimated to be between £1,255,000 to £1,506,000 per annum for Lancashire County Council Spend (£2,510,000 to £3,012,000 over 2 years).

The value of participation by the wider public sector is estimated to be between £0 to £251,000 per annum (£502,000 maximum over 2 years) - Please see section VI.3) - additional Information for further details regarding wider public sector participation.

The framework is estimated to be between £479,000 to £547,800 per annum for Lancashire County Council Spend (£958,000 to £1,149,600 over 2 years).

The framework is estimated to be between £139,000 to £166,800 per annum for Lancashire County Council Spend (£278,000 to £333,600 over 2 years).
