The award decision has been determined as Step One Charity as the only provider identified that is capable of supplying the services required for the commissioner within the imposed timeframe.

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
The modification extends the existing contract by 6 months, effective 1st April 2024- 30th September 2024 to allow for continued service provision and maintain patient safety.
The additional value of the extension period is £587,283 and it is effective from 01/04/2024.
