Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo and acting on behalf of the Red Kite Learning Trust, wishes to establish a framework of suppliers capable of delivering facilities management schemes within the UK for the whole of the Public Sector. The framework will cover, soft, hard and total facilities management requirements. The term of this framework agreement will be for a period of 4 years from September 2024 with no option to extend. The framework shall have the facility for Clients to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirement.
