This tender is split into two lots; Lot 1 is for the provision of void cleaning services across Shropshire.
Lot 2 is for the provision of void cleaning services across Herefordshire as per our specification.
The aim of this tender is to provide a high standard of cleaning to prepare our void properties to be occupied by new customers as quickly as possible.
The rapid turnaround of properties is essential in order to maximise income to the business and provide homes to customers as soon as possible. The role of the cleaning contractor in meeting this specification will be to ensure the cleaning of properties is completed as quickly as possible and to a high standard.
