London and Quadrant intends to award a contract to a single supplier for engineering led subsidence claims handling services under its self-insured programme for 5 years starting on 1st July 2024 with with the option of x2 extensions 12 months each . Case handling services will involve dealing with cases from initial notification to completion, including management of the repair process utilising the services of contractors from London and Quadrant’s panel of approved contractors (we will agree a list of such contractors with the selected service provider).

L&Q intends to invite tenders to provide a single supplier engineering led subsidence claims handling service under its self-insured programme. Case handling services will involve dealing with cases from initial notification to completion, including management of the repair process utilising the services of contractors from L&Q’s panel of approved contractors (we will agree a list of such contractors with the selected service provider). The service provider shall be required to select contractors to bid for the repair works from the approved list and abide to the Schedule of Services.
