Quality criterion - Name: METHODOLOGY AND PROJECT PLAN a) Please provide the approach and methodology of working in tight deadlines (daily supply) without compromising on the quality as per the requirement of this contract as described in the Statement of Service Requirements. / Weighting: 10

Quality criterion - Name: SUPPLY CHAIN a) Please mention how much lead time you would require to fulfil an order. How will you deliver goods that are required on urgent basis – like within 24 hrs. b) Demonstrate ability to provide each items as mentioned in the scope of work. / Weighting: 10
