Name: Joint - Gas Services with follow on Repair Works & Replacements, Voids, Reactive Repairs and Adhoc boiler and full system Renewal Contract 2021 – 2026 with Molendinar, Milnbank and Reidvale Housings Associations - The Clients (hereafter named as ‘The Clients’)

Nature: Gas Services and Reactive Repairs and Ad-hoc boiler and full system renewal. The successful contractor will enter into three (3) separate contracts, one with each Client. The contracts are not interdependent.

Location: Molendinar, Milnbank and Reidvale Housings Associations existing and any new stock.

Gas Services and Reactive Repairs and Ad-Hoc Boiler and Full System Renewal Contract to approximately 2964 (gas) dwellings for The Clients in total (individual broken down below)

Molendinar Housing Association 463 (gas) dwellings

Milnbank Housing Association 1644 (gas) dwellings

Reidvale Housing Association 857 (gas) dwe

The Clients wishes to enter into a Measured-Term Contract Agreement (MTCA) with an organisation/supplier who is suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of Gas Services and Reactive Repairs and Ad-hoc Boiler and Full System Renewal. The MTCA for Gas Services and Reactive Repairs and Ad-Hoc Boiler and Full System Renewal will be for a three (3) year period with the option to extend for multiple three (3) single one-year periods solely at individual The Clients discretion

The Clients are using the SPD attached via Section E. Global Question for the Selection Criteria. The criteria on the SPD are PASS or FAIL. You will pass the SPD Global Questions by completing and meeting all the criteria a set out in the contract notice and below. If you fail to provide all the required and requested information as below you will FAIL the SPD and in turn the Tender Requirements and you will be disqualified from the tender process.
