two.1.4) Short description
Ingeus are seeking proposals from a specialist organisation to support the Functional Assessments with specialist reports and audiology as part of our service. These reports support DWP in assessing claims.
It is anticipated the service will require a provider to complete both face to face/virtual assessment and a report in some cases, in addition to desk based only reports based on medical evidence and application information supplied by the Claimants. Proposals should split out these separate services and associated costs.
Specialist Reports required on a call off basis will include Face to Face Assessment Reports, Remote Assessments Reports and Desktop Reports in the following specialisms:
Audiologist, Oncologist, Ophthalmologist, Orthopaedic Surgeon,
Psychiatrist, Rheumatologist, Neurologist, Neuro Surgeon, Psychologist, Xray plus radiology report, Spirometry
All other specialists or transport requests may be required on call off basis.
There will be no minimum volumes commitments, although we expect to make between 3 and 10 referrals per month. We will work with the successful provide to support demand forecasting and planning during the contract delivery.

Part 1 - Partner Network Registration:

The registrations process is 2 stages, please ensure you complete both stages to ensure you proposal can be considered.
Proposals received without a registration on the Partner Network will not be assessed.
Part 2 - Proposal
If you feel your organisation can deliver and meet the above expectations, we are keen to hear from you and invite you to submit a costed proposal by 5pm on Wednesday 8th May 2024.
Proposals should be clear to include details of referral, booking, completion/return and quality assurance processes. Please also include timescales from referral to return.
Your completed proposal will be assessed, with shortlisted organisations then being approached to discuss your submission and delivery proposal in further detail by a member of the Ingeus UK team.
We aim to finalise the selection process by the 17th May but reserve the right to conclude the process sooner if a suitable proposal is approved.
