CBC invite suitable companies that provide Hard FM services, to attend an engagement session at Priory House, Monks Walk, Chicksands, Shefford, Bedfordshire, SG17 5TQ, on Monday 6 June 2022 from 10am – 1pm. The Hard FM Services will be split into two separate contracts that will provide statutory, planned and reactive maintenance services; Cont 1 – will provide Mechanical and Electrical and some specialist M&E services.The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of Preventative and Planned Maintenance, Statutory Compliance Maintenance, Specialist M&E Services, Remedial Works, Callouts and Reactive Maintenance, Project Works and Risk Assessments. Cont 2 – will provide General Building and Fabric services.The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of Reactive Maintenance, Project Works and Building Surveys. Central Bedfordshire Council invite interested and suitable companies that provide Hard FM services, to attend an engagement session at Priory House, Monks Walk, Chicksands, Shefford, Bedfordshire, SG17 5TQ, on Monday 06 June 2022. The event will run from 10am – 1pm. The Hard FM Services will be split into two separate contracts that will provide statutory, planned and reactive maintenance services;Contract 1 – will provide Mechanical and Electrical and some specialist M&E services.The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of Preventative and Planned Maintenance, Statutory Compliance Maintenance, Specialist M&E Services, Remedial Works, Callouts and Reactive Maintenance, Project Works and Risk Assessments. A presentation pack will be issued to all companies that register and request a pack, and members of the Council’s Facilities Management service and Procurement teams will be in attendance to discuss the details of the opportunity, services required and the procurement process. The Council would like to extend this invitation to companies and organisations of all sizes including local SME’s.
