Event Management Planning for a number of pre-planned and unforeseen events in London including mobilisation, project management, site management, project staffing with resource allocation, contracting services such as stewarding and traffic management, risk assessments and assurance, stakeholder management and testing and exercising.
There will be a minimum of 25 key stakeholders with full contacts list to be provided on appointment. The events contract will be in collaboration with Department for Digital Culture Media and Sport (DCMS).
