The University of Birmingham has a requirement for a long-term contract for the service and maintenance of a range of small and medium size vapour compression chillers (Lot 1) and service and maintenance of refrigeration, air conditioning and process cooling equipment (Lot 2) that will ensure that the relevant equipment is maintained and repaired to the highest quality standards. Accordingly the University is seeking competitive Tenders from suitably qualified contractors in response to this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") with a view to awarding a Contract to a single Contractor for the service and maintenance of a range of small and medium size vapour compression chillers and awarding a Contract to a single Contractor for the service and maintenance of refrigeration, air conditioning and process cooling equipment.The term of the Contract shall be fixed and for a period of Four (4) years with options to extend for two (2) further periods of two (2) years.
