Essentia, the Capital, Estates and Facilities Directorate of Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a specialist consultancy to support the Trust in its Engineering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Transformation Programme.

Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, (GSTT), has committed to a strategic need to invest in, develop, implement, integrate, evolve and effectively manage business as usual, a fit for purpose planned preventative maintenance strategy. Essentia has adopted the BESA SFG20 planned preventative maintenance model but to varying degrees within the property portfolio across some but not necessarily all building fabric, mechanical and electrical engineering assets.

The Trust is seeking specialist consultancy support to implement a change programme that will allow the delivery of high quality and consistent building fabric and enginnering maintenance services across the operational areas Guy's and St Thomas' NHSFT is responsible for.
