two.2.4) Description of the procurement
This requirement relates to the provision of a programme of new lift installations and refurbishments across Sanctuary’s asset portfolio. Included is the provision of any servicing and breakdown repair associated with installation warranty.
The annual programme of installations/refurbishments will depend on available budgets. The contract is open to all business areas of Sanctuary, including housing, care, student accommodation, and new build development. Sanctuary operates in both England and Scotland and anticipate the asset portfolio to grow during the course of the contract.
Sanctuary intends to appoint a single supplier to maximise efficiencies in production and supply chain. The contract is for five years with an option to extend for a further 2 years, plus a further year (5+2+1). Full details including the current asset list is included in the draft ITT documentation provided. This information is draft only and subject to revision.
Sanctuary is adopting the Competition with Negotiation procedure and anticipate inviting 5-7 tenderers to ITT stage following Selection Questionnaire stage.
