two.1.4) Short description

Bolton at Home would like to invite tenders for the Disabled Facilities Adaptations Framework. The Framework will consist of 4 lots and will run from 2021 to 2025.

The framework delivery is to provide major and minor adaptations for the benefit of individual disabled tenants across all BH estates. Assist customers to remain independent within their homes and be part of the community. Approximately 160 major adaptations and 600 minor adaptations per annum. Delivery is on a demand led basis and can arise within any locality across the borough. Each job call off value within any lot is up to a maximum of £30,000.

Social Value contributions apply to this tender & the supplier will contribute 1% of the contract sum to Bolton at Home’s Social Value Fund, as set out in Bolton at Home’s Social Value Policy.

Aggregated contract spend over £50,000 will be liable for social value contribution of 1% throughout the framework term and invoiced annually.

The contract will be evaluated per lot on 60% quality and 40% price. It is anticipated that 3 – 7 (three to seven) contractors will be appointed to each lot within the framework.
