Invitation to Tender — Insurance for Leasehold and Mortgaged properties. The annual contract value is estimated to be £1.1 million a year. The duration will be 3 years + a 2 year extension option, so the total contract value has therefore been estimated to be £3.3 million for a 3 year contract, and £5.5 million for a 5 year contract. Tenders must be returned electronically, duly completed by 12:00pm 22nd June 2023.
