The Council will be procuring the services by way of two separate Lots.

• Lot 1 - NFM catchments in River Wye catchment area

• Lot 2 - NFM catchments in River Teme catchment area

Providers will be permitted to bid for a single Lot or for both Lots together.

The successful tenderer/s will be expected to enter into a contract with the council and the council’s terms and conditions

This procurement is for the provision of Catchment Advisor services for the Herefordshire Natural Flood Management (NFM) project, which is being delivered and managed by Herefordshire Council. The project has a completion date of 31 March 2027 which will mean that measures will need to have been implemented by 31 December 2026 and the requisite reporting completed by 31 March 2027 .

The Council will be procuring the services by way of two separate Lots.
