The Fire Service would like to invite economic operators (“Tenderers”) to submit a tender response (“the Tender”) on the terms set out in the Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for selection of a single Contractor(“the Supplier”) to provide the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of -An Integrated Communications Control System (ICCS) and -A Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system for the purpose of providing emergency call taking and handling, including the processing and transmission of emergency call data alongside prioritising and recording incident calls, identifying the status and location of attributes and dispatch the correct resources to an incident (“the Services”) over the total possible contract term of 10 years.
