two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Caerphilly County Borough Council (CCBC) are seeking to appoint an organisation to deliver Housing Related Support (HRS) for vulnerable families, where at least one parent is aged 16 and over through the Housing Support Grant (HSG).

The aim of the HSG is to enable vulnerable people to remain in a more independent living situation through the provision of support.

This requirement is outcomes based and the Service Provider is expected to offer an innovative and creative solution to meet the service users support needs, ensuring all possible outcomes are achieved as a priority whilst also seeking value for money. They also need to offer efficient savings over a longer period of time, ensuring that as people become more independent and need less support, the packages of support are tapered down to reflect this.

The quality aspect will be divided into categories consisting of:

Social Value 10%

Tender Response 10%

Interview 45%

Case Study 15%

Stage Two - Tender Response 10% / Social Value 10% / Pricing 20%

Stage Three - Interview 45% / Case Study 15%

Minimum level(s) of standards required:

Providers must pass all pass / fail questions and achieve a score of 6 or above for any scored questions to proceed to Stage Two

Providers must achieve a score of 6 or above for any scored tender response question to proceed to Stage Three

2. Click the "Sign Up" button.

3. Enter your details such as Organisation Name, Details and Primary Contact Details.
