Engagement process description

This pre market engagement is being undertaken to inform the development of a proposed Windows and Doors Framework (WD3). The engagement will seek input from the market on the proposed scope, lotting structure, technical requirements, competency and accreditation standards, innovation opportunities, and delivery models.

Engagement will be conducted through a combination of written market engagement questions and optional virtual engagement sessions. Interested parties will be invited to provide feedback on draft proposals, including the proposed lot structure, product coverage, emerging regulatory requirements, and opportunities for product and service innovation. No commercial or pricing information will be requested or considered as part of this engagement.

Participation in this engagement is voluntary and will not confer any advantage or disadvantage in any subsequent procurement process. The contracting authority may use the feedback received to refine the scope and structure of the future procurement but is not obliged to act on any specific responses.
