Description

The University is looking for a single contractor to inspect and maintain its Fire Damper assets. The contract will also allow for reactive maintenance along with the option of new installation works being undertaken.

Total value (estimated)

  • £200,000 excluding VAT
  • £240,000 including VAT

  • 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2027
  • Possible extension to 31 July 2033
  • 8 years

Description of possible extension:

Options to extend the contract in two year increments a maximum of 3 times
