It is anticipated that the Economic Operator will be appointed in February 2022 with on-site operation commencing Spring 2023 and practical completion November 2024.
The Project Manager responsible for managing the ensuing works contract, within the Economic Operator Team, either has or will attain the NEC Accredited Project Manager qualification before the contractor is appointed to deliver the associated works contract or the construction notice is issued (whichever is the later). The Project Manager will be required to hold this qualification throughout the entire duration of the works phase of the contract, regardless of whether the original Project Manager leaves the firm or is replaced during contract delivery.
