two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Contract includes the inspection, testing and maintenance of all building engineering services, equipment/fixture, and facilities as described in the statement of service requirement together with the provision of written reports, asset lists and drawings (where required).

These services will include but will not be limited to Planned and reactive (ad hoc) maintenance covering plumbing; electrical; HVAC; fire alarms sensors installation and testing; furniture moving and assembling; general handyman, sub-contractor management and occasional escorting duties (e.g. for chimney sweeping).
