Lancashire County Council is seeking to establish a single supplier Framework Agreement which may be used by Lancashire County Council, Blackpool Council, Fylde Council and Wyre Council for the services outlined in the Framework Agreement and as advertised within the Tender. Any of the above named Authorities may use the Framework Agreement by completing a Call Off in accordance with the Tender Documents and guidance as provided by Lancashire County Council. Lancashire County Council are establishing the Framework Agreement and will manage the Framework Agreement, but are not responsible for the management or compliance of any Call Off completed by any other Authority.
