The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) to provide programme management services and procurement advice in support of strategic Estates operating model development.
Estates services are currently delivered through an Integrator model which runs to Spring 2022, DWP is exploring options for future Estates service delivery which the PMO is expected to support.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
DWP is developing the next iteration of its Estates Integrator model with a procurement for the next Integrator underway, subsequently there will be a range of procurements required for wider Estates services and PMO services are required to support the delivery of this programme of work.
DWP intends to conduct a restricted procurement for the PMO. DWP will aim to issue a contract notice during June/July 2021.
The contract notice will contain details of the statement of requirements, how suppliers will express interest in the procurement and how supplier will be selected to be invited to tender.
We expect this to be a two-stage process, whereby suppliers will be shortlisted through a pre-qualification questionnaire in stage 1 and shortlisted suppliers will be invited to tender at stage 2.
We aim to award the contract by October 2021.
