Description
Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council (TMBC) (‘The Council’) is looking to replace the current heating and hot water system with air source heat pumps, thereby removing oil burning and reducing the carbon footprint of the facility.
The Council owns Poult Wood Golf Club in Tonbridge, which was originally constructed in the mid-1970s. It is a golf club comprising of golf course, squash courts, changing rooms, meeting room, shop, a self-contained 3-bedroom flat, a clubhouse with kitchen and dining facilities, and associated plant areas. The location plan can be found at Appendix 1. The site is now managed and operated by the Tonbridge & Malling Leisure Trust and the Council are responsible for the majority of the building’s maintenance.
