The aim of the procurement is to is to provide a service across the Greater Manchester (GM) area that gives support to young people, from 0-17 years inclusive, seven days a week, who are in crisis e.g. experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, suicidal thoughts and evolving to self-defined crisis by the young person. The procurement is looking to develop daytime locality based services.
This notice is to confirm the intention of NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board to award contracts under The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 Competitive Process.
The expected lifetime value of this contract is £4,250,000.
This is an existing service being awarded to new and existing providers.
The contract start date is 1st April 2024 - 1st July 2024 (to be agreed between successful providers and the Relevant Authority dependent on mobilisation requirements and the contract has an initial term of 36 months with a maximum extension of a further 24 months.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 16th April 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR. No contract will be awarded until after the end of the standstill period.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the competitive process following the completion of the standstill period.
