It is expected that service provision will commence in July 2024 and end in July 2026, with contract duration expected to last for 2 years and option to extend it by further 2 years (based on 1 + 1), subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. The approximate contract value for the entire duration of project is approx. 250,000GBP excluding VAT. The works and service requirements comprise of Landlord’s Gas Safety Reports/Checks of domestic heating systems at various locations in Central Belt, Scotland. All works and service provision will be undertaken to existing social housing and commercial stock owned and/or managed by Link Group Ltd and any of its subsidiaries.
