Description
The Academy Transformation Trust is seeking a supplier for the provision of temporary agency staffing services across its 21 academies, which include primary, secondary, SEND and further education. These services will cover a range of roles, including teaching staff, support staff, and administrative personnel, depending on the individual needs of each academy.
The supplier must be able to provide qualified and vetted agency staff to meet varying staffing requirements, ensuring that personnel are available on short notice and capable of working in different educational settings. The contract will be for a flexible supply of temporary staff, with estimated volumes based on the academies' fluctuating needs.
Staff must be provided in compliance with all relevant educational standards, safeguarding requirements, and employment laws. The supplier will be expected to manage all recruitment, payroll, and compliance processes, while ensuring that staff are ready for deployment as per agreed schedules.

Competitive flexible procedure description
The procurement will follow a competitive flexible procedure, beginning with an expression of interest. Interested suppliers must email tenders@tenders.org.uk to register their interest in the opportunity.
