The framework will offer PfH members options to purchase, rent, install, remove and recycle domestic appliances which will range from small domestic appliances (including toasters, kettles and microwaves) to white goods (including refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers, cookers) to brown goods (including TVs and stereos) and many other associated items.

One of those priorities is ‘social value’ which includes a number of initiatives, including increasing innovation and the use of disruptive technologies and business models throughout the supply chain, to deliver lower cost and/or higher quality goods and services, and encourage the wider adoption of innovation.
PfH created the first SHED Framework in December 2021 to enable its members to procure innovative products and services. 18 suppliers were appointed to this initial framework.
