Clarion wants to speak to contractors interested in joining its supply chain to deliver repairs to our residents in Hampshire, Surrey, East & West Sussex and Kent. Clarion has a budget of around £2.7m available to deliver these repairs over the coming financial year. The average job price is around £600 and half a days work, but there are complex repairs that may take a day or more to complete.

Clarion uses the 7.2 version of the National Housing Federation's (NHF) rates as a payment model. Experience with NHF long description rates is desirable but not essential. Clarion can provide guidance as to what is included or excluded under any particular rate.

As a housing association, Clarion has an obligation to ensure that the contractors we employ are capable and reputable. All contractors we work with are subject to a number of checks and we are happy to support and guide you through the process.
